The minimum required qt version is 4.6
We recommend using Qt 4.8.1 or higher. They fix a bug with number accurracy but that affects only GUI tools.
Qt 5 is not supportet now.

It's highly recommended to not start the build process in the source directory.
Don't mix compiler generated files with source code files. 
You can use the install.sh script to perform all necessary steps

For a debug build comment in the following line in compile.sh:
qmake-qt4 ../parvisu CONFIG=debug

If you want to clean up, simply remove the build directory.

The binarie files will be installed in your home directory $(HOME)/bin

The following files are installed:
parvisu, polyTransform, segmentTools, nmlCheck, createMesh, meshTools, createPoly, meshconvert2
